As soon as any male member has paid our Introduction fee he is subject to the following terms and conditions

Thai The Knot Introductions has the right to terminate our Introduction and visa service with any male client at any time.

*If we suspect that he has approached another agency to meet other ladies or has approached another agency to prepare the visa application for his fiancée or wife to join him in his country of residence. If the client has used another agency to prepare the visa application or has prepared and submitted the visa application himself, then Thai The Knot Introductions will not be held responsible if the visa application is refused by the Embassy.

*If his marriage or relationship does not work out with the lady that he met through Thai The Knot Introductions, then Thai The Knot will not be responsible, as the client chose the lady using his own judgment.

*Thai The Knot Introductions does not get involved with any handling of the Sinsod or Dowry at any time. If we suspect that the client says we do, then we will terminate his service with Thai The Knot Introductions and no money will be refunded.

*Any money that has been paid to Thai The Knot Introductions will not be refunded to the client what so ever under any circumstances.
